Our client, a fast-growing, full-service creative and digital agency, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. Acting as a central member of the marketing function, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed growth across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels (including search, social, display, and email).
- Oversee campaign execution from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, KPIs, and brand tone.
- Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to continuously improve digital strategy.
- Support new business efforts by contributing to client pitches, proposals, and digital strategy recommendations.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
- Proven success in managing paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and/or programmatic campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
