What You’ll Do:
- Architect and model next-gen mirror drive and sense systems
- Evaluate and optimize electro-mechanical designs through simulation and testing
- Propose novel design concepts to overcome technical bottlenecks
- Develop embedded closed-loop control systems
- Define subsystem requirements from complex system-level specs
- Design and validate electrical systems and control tests
What We’re Looking For:
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Experience with MEMS sensors & actuators
- Strong background in embedded systems, FPGAs, Verilog-A/AMS
- Proficiency in C++, LabVIEW, SKILL, PERL
- Skilled in using design tools like Cadence, Synopsys, MATLAB
- Hands-on in control system design and validation
