About the Role
As the Marketing Acquisition Manager, you will own the strategy and execution for acquiring new patients and clinicians across the UK. Your expertise in digital marketing—including SEO, PPC, and Paid Social—will ensure measurable results and an optimized return on investment (ROI). Key responsibilities include:
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
Drive calls, form fills, and online bookings from organic search.
Oversee agency management and implement ROI models for SEO campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and brand outreach.
Pay Per Click (PPC) & Paid Social Campaigns:
Manage campaigns to drive patient and clinician engagement.
Audit accounts for continuous improvement and ensure effective resource allocation.
Develop ROI models to align campaigns with business goals.
Key Metrics: Calls, form fills, bookings, new patient and clinician acquisitions, and ROI optimization.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is…
Experienced: At least 5 years in digital marketing or eCommerce, with proven expertise managing SEO, PPC, and Paid Social campaigns.
Analytical: Highly data-driven with a knack for converting analysis into actionable business outcomes.
Collaborative: Adept at working with multiple stakeholders to optimize ROI and achieve targets.
Flexible: Willing to travel to stay connected with team members and stakeholders.
Further desirable experience: Experience of working within an occupancy or service based business (e.g. hotels, travel, medical) would be beneficial
