We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, where they will be managing the work, not a team, focused on digital marketing, paid media, SEO and user acquisition. The role prioritizes SEO and end-to-end Campaign Management as core pillars. Paid Ad experience is required.

This is a remote, 12-month contract role with a preference for Canadian-based applicants in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Marketing Manager with demonstrated experience in: paid campaigns (Google, Meta, X, YouTube, Reddit, Apple Ads, etc), SEO and content optimization, conversion optimization and acquisition. This role will be instrumental in driving organic and paid traffic, increasing our online visibility, optimizing our digital presence across search engines and other relevant platforms and managing cross-functional marketing campaigns and product launches. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SEO & SEM strategies, influencer/affiliate campaign management, coupled with a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-growing industry, keen to quickly make a significant contribution. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will directly impact the achievement of our customer acquisition, conversion, content marketing, affiliate and influencer programs, and branding objectives, working in collaboration with the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth strategy across paid and organic by developing and executing comprehensive SEO & paid search strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify value opportunities for both organic and paid search campaigns, and work with the Content Marketing Manager to optimize content accordingly.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid search to drive targeted traffic and conversions, and help manage affiliate/influencer/ambassador campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, campaign metrics, and ROI to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, Design, and Product Management, to ensure best practices are integrated into website architecture, content creation, and product development. Align campaigns with product launches, community initiatives and lifecycle marketing.
  • Conduct A/B tests across landing pages, funnels, and creatives to improve conversion rates and LTV.
  • Working with our Data Management team, create and monitor regular reports and insights on SEO & campaign performance, trends, and KPIs for constant improvement. Focus on owning clear metrics, forecasts, and ROI analysis for Marketing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in SEO, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the search landscape and develop recommended strategies to maintain our competitive advantage.
  • Comfort experimenting with new channels to accelerate growth as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in SEO & SEM are a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years of success in digital or growth marketing, preferably
  • within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO & SEM best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms, including: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Apple Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across
  • the marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams, and with external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries is preferable.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships, be results-driven, and possess project management skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
