Position Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing division of a well-established funding company and take its marketing efforts to the next level. Rockpoint Probate is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to serve as Vice President of Marketing, driving growth and expanding our presence in the probate funding industry.

We are a fast-moving, results-driven team looking for a self-starter who takes ownership, thrives on challenges, and continuously seeks improvement. The ideal candidate has prior experience in Probate or Legal Funding, understands the industry’s unique challenges, and can develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies.

The VP of Marketing, Probate Division, will be responsible for lead generation, brand positioning, and market expansion. This role requires strong collaboration with sales and leadership to ensure marketing efforts translate into quality leads and revenue growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan tailored to the probate funding industry, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening Rockpoint’s market position.
• Drive lead generation through targeted digital and traditional campaigns, optimizing SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing to attract beneficiaries and law firms.
• Enhance brand awareness through PR, thought leadership, industry events, and strategic partnerships with attorneys, estate planners, and financial advisors.
• Oversee data-driven marketing analytics, continuously tracking and optimizing campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Build and manage referral and partnership programs, strengthening relationships with key legal and financial professionals to expand Rockpoint’s reach.
• Align closely with sales teams, ensuring marketing efforts drive high-intent leads and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, upholding Rockpoint’s ethical standards in all marketing activities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results.

Qualifications:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in probate or legal funding with a deep understanding of industry customer base, legal framework, and marketing dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, multi-channel marketing (digital, print, partnerships, events), and performance-based marketing.
• Highly analytical mindset, with experience using CRM tools, marketing analytics, and data visualization tools to measure success and optimize campaigns.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage conflict effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability to change.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $95,000 USD Per Year + Bonuses (OTE 125k to 140k)
