We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams—delivering results-driven execution across paid media, content, email, social and web. As we grow, we’re looking for a hybrid CRM and Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving internal operations and client success.
Role Overview
This is a blended role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, client management, and CRM (mostly Hubspot, but also other CRMs) enablement execution, specifically building sales pipelines and marketing funnels with automation and great copy.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact for our Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients while supporting HubSpot setup, email campaigns, reporting, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Sales Enablement Specialist
- Build, manage and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation triggers
- Maintain data hygiene and ensure consistent tagging, lead status, and deal stage tracking
- Launch and test outbound/inbound email campaigns (nurture, re-engagement, cold outreach)
- Build lead scoring models, sales sequences, and automated follow-ups for outbound programs
- Integrate lead capture tools with CRM (chatbots, CTAs, Instantly, Apollo, Zapier, etc.)
- Support CRM reporting and dashboards to provide insights into lead quality, conversion, and deal velocity
Account Management (Tier 2/3 Clients)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—running check-ins, sharing updates, and maintaining strong relationships
- Manage project timelines and task assignments in ClickUp using pre-built templates and workflows
- Ensure client deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing strategy
- Collaborate with Strategists and Specialists to translate goals into executional plans
- Assist in producing performance reports using Looker Studio, GA4, and platform dashboards
- Proactively flag risks or bottlenecks and ensure client needs are heard and met
- Optionally support content coordination and delivery when needed
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, workflows, and automation
- 3+ years agency experience in marketing & account management
- Strong organizational and project management skills (ClickUp or similar PM tools)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, email, content, HubSpot, web)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a client-facing mindset
- Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, remote team
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Instantly, Apollo, and reporting tools is a plus
