We’re looking for a strategic, confident, and creatively driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can balance high-level social strategy with hands-on content execution. You’ll manage multiple client accounts across industries, creating and deploying engaging content that drives results while maintaining brand voice, aesthetic, and consistency.
You should be equal parts communicator, creative editor, and digital strategist. If you can turn a brand’s message into social content—and do it with visual polish and purpose—we want to talk to you.
Your Day-to-Day
- Lead social strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for various client accounts using Sprout Social
- Create and schedule content, including static graphics, carousels, short-form video, and captions, matching each brand’s tone and visual identity
- Edit videos with a focus on brand messaging, clarity, and platform trends (not just phone footage and quick cuts)
- Collaborate with clients, offering strategic guidance, campaign ideas, and proactive reporting
- Monitor performance and trends, adjusting strategy based on analytics and engagement insights
- Stay ahead of platform changes, content formats, and algorithm shifts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or clients
- Strong portfolio showcasing content design and short-form video editing
- Confident, professional communicator—able to lead client calls and present strategy with clarity
- Experience using Sprout Social or a similar platform for scheduling, reporting, and content management
- Understanding of social best practices and content nuances across platforms
- Organized, adaptable, and deadline-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience in agency or multi-client environments
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)
- Photography or on-set production experience
- Familiarity with ad creative formats and paid media optimization
