Position Summary
The Executive Assistant & Content Distribution Specialist supports administrative operations and amplifies content marketing efforts at Rocket Clicks. The role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating communications, booking podcast guests, overseeing social media posting and content calendars, and providing comprehensive reporting. This individual serves as a crucial link between administrative organization and content visibility, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across both functions.
- Pay range monthly: USD $12-$17 per hour
- Location: Remote-Philippines (100% Work From Home)
- Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM CST
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CMO’s calendar and prioritize meetings.
- Professionally manage inbox and correspondence on behalf of the CMO.
- Coordinate logistics and bookings for podcast guests.
- Attend internal and external meetings to capture follow-ups and deadlines.
- Execute regular social media posting and maintain the content calendar.
- Optimize content for social media distribution, tailoring to platform-specific requirements.
- Facilitate email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Build and maintain relationships for content syndication and influencer collaboration.
- Prepare and manage reporting and analytics on content performance and administrative functions.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in managing calendars and executive-level communications.
- Expertise in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, UTM tracking).
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to analyze data to optimize content distribution.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting Director-level executives or higher.
- Background in professional services, digital marketing, or agency environment is preferred.
