About The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Web Developer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, visually stunning websites and digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to multiple projects and websites simultaneously
- Delivering pixel-perfect websites with an excellent eye for design and responsiveness
- Handling website tasks such as making SEO changes, adding functionality, managing product feeds, and optimizing performance
- Tackling development tasks, including converting designs into webpages/emails, working with APIs, and fixing bugs
- Maintaining website security and overseeing patching
- Ensuring the quality of your work while mentoring junior developers
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Technical Skills
- Expertise in WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with Oxygen and APIs (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio Code, Git, and NPM/Yarn
- Understanding of responsive web design principles and SEO best practices for developers
- Proficiency in database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning and functional websites
General Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of experience in web development
- Previous experience in an agency or web development company
- A sharp eye for design and an obsession with creating pixel-perfect, user-friendly websites
- Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with both Australian and Philippine colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Must be comfortable communicating directly with stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers
- Exposure to projects with international clients
