performance analysis.
Lead account-based marketing (ABM) and B2B marketing initiatives to improve adoption and
retention.
● Remove bottlenecks across the customer journey and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
● Design and implement scalable processes that strengthen customer engagement and drive long-term
What skills do you need?
● Rich experience as a Product Manager, preferably in EdTech or high-growth product-based startups.
● Technical fluency that enables you to engage meaningfully in design discussions and make informed
trade-off decisions
● Experience in designing campaigns that improve user engagement, reduce churn, and increase
loyalty.
● Comfort with retention metrics (DAU/MAU, churn rate, NPS, CLV, engagement rates).
● Proven track record in creating product roadmaps and managing development processes from concept
to completion
● Strong marketing fundamentals and customer engagement expertise
● Hands-on experience with digital marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot,
Klaviyo)
● Adaptability to work across global time zones and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
● Data-driven approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and feature prioritization
● Passion for technology, education, and the automotive sector
