1. 统筹总部MKT资源: 整合并协调总部市场营销资源,确保市场素材输出策略与新品上市策略保持一致。
2.上市时间管理:制定并推进新品上市时间表,把控关键节点,确保所有市场营销物料按计划交付。
3. 素材交付管理:负责产品上市所需市场营销素材的规划、审核与交付,确保满足各国市场需求,提升上市效果。
4. 需求收集与输出计划:深入了解西欧各国家/地区的市场需求,收集联合营销及零售物料需求,制定清晰的物料生产与交付计划。
5. 跨部门沟通与协作:作为总部与市场、设计、产品及销售团队的桥梁,推动资源合理分配,保障营销项目顺利落地。
6.项目进度监控与优化:具备强目标意识,跟踪项目进展,识别潜在风险,及时调整策略,确保高效交付并达成既定目标。
岗位要求:
1.教育背景:本科及以上学历,市场营销、商业管理、传播学或相关专业优先。
2.语言能力:英语可作为工作语言,具备良好的跨文化沟通能力,能与全球团队 顺畅协作。
3.核心能力:

Job Overview:
We are looking for a marketing coordinator to coordinate headquarters marketing resources and ensure the planning, delivery, and execution of market materials related to new product launches. This position requires strong project promotion ability, goal-oriented thinking, and excellent communication and coordination skills. They can efficiently integrate internal resources, promote XFN cooperation, ensure that headquarters marketing resources accurately match market needs, and deliver according to plan.
Job responsibilities:
1. Coordinate headquarters MKT resources: Integrate and coordinate headquarters marketing resources to ensure that the market material output strategy is consistent with the new product launch strategy.
2. Listing Time Management: Develop and promote the new product IPO time schedule, control key nodes, and ensure that all marketing materials are delivered as planned.
3. Material delivery management: responsible for the planning, review and delivery of marketing materials required for product launch, to ensure that the market demand of various countries is met and the listing effect is improved.
4. Demand collection and output plan: In-depth understanding of the market demand of Western European countries/regions, collecting joint marketing and retail material requirements, and formulating clear material production and delivery plans.
5.Communication and Collaboration: As a bridge between headquarters and marketing, design, product and sales teams, we promote the rational allocation of resources and ensure the smooth implementation of marketing projects.
6. Project progress monitoring and optimization: Have a strong sense of goals, track project progress, identify latent risks, adjust strategies in a timely manner, ensure efficient delivery and achieve established goals.
Job requirements:
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, business management, communication or related fields is preferred.
2. Language ability: English can be used as a working language, with good cross-cultural communication skills, able to cooperate smoothly with global teams.
3. Core competencies:
