Marketing Head (Senior Manager)

A leading global consumer and retail organization is seeking a Marketing Head (Senior Manager) to lead brand strategy, retail marketing, digital growth, and integrated campaigns in the Philippines. Ideal candidates are commercially driven marketing leaders with strong experience in Brand Management, Retail, FMCG, Fashion, QSR, or Consumer Marketing, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and commercial performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the annual marketing and brand strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Drive brand positioning, integrated marketing communications, and customer engagement.
• Lead retail marketing initiatives, including store openings, mall activations, seasonal campaigns, and localized programs.
• Oversee digital, performance marketing, CRM, social media, content, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Use consumer insights, market research, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, A&P spending, KPIs, and campaign ROI.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive commercial initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while managing agencies and external partners.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Background in Brand Management, Retail Marketing, FMCG, Fashion, QSR, Lifestyle, or Consumer Marketing.
• Proven experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and consumer orientation.
• Experience in mall-driven / multi-store retail environments is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder, agency, budget, and people management experience.
• Creative with strong brand storytelling and aesthetic judgment.
• Strategic, agile, and able to translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies.
