We’re partnering with a leading financial services firm on a long-term UX project—and they need a Salesforce-savvy UX Designer to join the team! If you've got Figma skills, a killer portfolio, and at least 1–2 Salesforce design projects under your belt, this one’s for you.

🧠 What You'll Do:

• Design and prototype intuitive Salesforce user experiences using Figma and Jira
• Bring human-centered design to life across agile product teams
• Collaborate with PMs, devs, and design peers to optimize journeys and engagement
• Work within design systems and balance technical feasibility with business goals

🛠 What You Bring:

• 4+ years of UX, interaction design, or product innovation experience
• 1–2 solid Salesforce UX projects (must-have!)
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of agile workflows
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• A consultative mindset—curious, collaborative, and confident

🎯 Bonus Points:

• Financial services or regulated industry experience
• Familiarity with how design impacts ROI and the product lifecycle
