Sr. Graphic Designer

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer for a 6+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 32-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The Graphic Designer will join a creative services team within a pharmaceutical environment, and assist with all design and production work focused on patient engagement. Interested candidates should provide a portfolio or relevant design samples in addition to resume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling digital and print materials, including presentations, marketing assets, and branded content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with goals, compliance standards, and brand guidelines
• Ensure design adherence to regulatory requirements
• Use data and analytics to enhance creative strategies and improve engagement
• Contribute innovative ideas through brainstorming sessions

Qualifications:

• Degree in design, communication, or related
• 5+ years of graphic design experience within a pharma or biotech environment
• Portfolio of relevant design samples, including print, digital, and presentation designs
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar design tools
• Comfortability with production and regulatory review processes
• Knowledge of Veeva Vault is a plus
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter
• Ability to manage a high-volume of work with changing priorities
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices a plus
• Familiarity with AMA style guide a plus
