What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase participation, strengthen brand loyalty, and enhance user experiences.
- Actively manage and grow social media communities, responding to comments, questions, and discussions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Create compelling content—including posts, graphics, and short-form videos—that resonates with our audience and encourages meaningful interaction.
- Monitor conversations, trends, and audience sentiment using social listening tools, providing insights and recommendations for content and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align community initiatives with overall brand objectives.
- Organize and execute both virtual and in-person events that bring the community together, fostering stronger connections and brand advocacy.
- Develop relationships with key influencers, ambassadors, and community leaders to drive collaboration and organic brand growth.
- Analyze community metrics and engagement data to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in social media and community management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A minimum of five years of experience in community engagement, public relations, or customer success—preferably in the tech or health industries.
- Hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms, with a focus on Facebook, Facebook Groups, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficiency with social media publishing, analytics, and monitoring tools to track engagement and trends.
- A strong track record of launching and nurturing online communities, with measurable growth in participation and retention.
- Outstanding writing and communication abilities, with an emphasis on clarity, creativity, and attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships and engage with audiences both virtually and in person.
- A creative eye for content, with experience designing compelling visuals and video assets using Canva.
- Event planning skills for both virtual and in-person community experiences.
- The ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to evolving needs.
