Senior UX Designer – Shape the Future from the Ground Up

What You’ll Do:
• Lead UX design for a new digital product from concept to launch
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing across diverse user groups
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are intuitive, accessible, and engaging
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align on vision, priorities, and feasibility
• Apply and evolve a design system grounded in Google Material Design
• Facilitate design reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders and users
• Ensure a cohesive, user-centered experience across product verticals
• Iterate based on data, feedback, and evolving user needs
What You Bring:
• 8–10 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing work
• Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with Google Material Design and component-based design systems
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Ability to present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile development environments
• A passion for solving complex problems with elegant, user-centered solutions
