Sr. UX Designer

6-12 month long contract

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team on a fully remote, long-term contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic vision with hands-on design execution, contributing to innovative enterprise software solutions. The position requires a 50/50 split between early-stage development (strategy, research, ideation, and prototyping) and delivering intuitive UX design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX strategy for early-stage product development, combining research insights, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to develop new design solutions.
• Execute new UX initiatives, ensuring deliverables are user-friendly and align with both client needs and business objectives.
• Distill highly complex systems into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with technical capabilities and project goals.
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills to address intricate user pain points, delivering clear, actionable design solutions.
• Present UX design progress, decisions, and thought processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure consistency in design patterns across multi-layered, enterprise-grade applications.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of UX design experience with a focus on B2B software solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of delivering intuitive, user-centered designs for complex systems and domains.
• Expertise in facilitating early-stage UX development activities, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Strong ability to define and resolve complex UX problems with visually clear, scalable, and effective solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 60/hr to 65/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
