We’re seeking a strategic and creative PROPOSAL Marketing Specialist /Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role will cover two consecutive leaves and provide ongoing flex and overflow support in a high-volume, fast-paced region. • Competitive marketing environment experience (pursuits, bid marketing, prospecting, proposal writing, strategic pitch concepts)
• Commercial real estate experience
• Strong collaboration, project management, and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the creation of high-impact proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with business development and regional leadership to respond to RFPs and develop persuasive pitch materials
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Provide additional marketing support during peak periods

What You Bring:

• 5–7+ years of experience in marketing or business development (senior title based on experience)
• Proven success in producing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Industry experience in commercial real estate or professional services strongly preferred
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
