Python Developer

We are looking for a mid to senior level software engineer for an agile and digital technology team now. We expect you to work on the full cycle of software development and dive into the latest trend of GenAI with us!

About this role:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues

** Our engineer team is very international, but during interview you are expected to speak both in English and Japanese

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Python (Django), JavaScript, and TypeScript (React.js)

• Experience working with a cloud platform (preferably Microsoft Azure)

• Passionate about leveraging AI to accelerate innovation, streamline processes, and drive transformative outcomes across the organization

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments

• Good communication and collaboration skills across teams

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies

• Experience with API design and integration (REST, GraphQL)
