Project Manager

Robert Half is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This person will serve as the internal champion, working closely with the ATS provider to ensure all timelines priorities are met.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the ATS provider to ensure a successful implementation
• Oversee project progress and manage timelines
• Lead the integration of the new ATS with existing ERP system (Infor)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align the system with business needs
• Ensure the implementation meets Munson Healthcare’s strategic priorities

Requirements:

• Must have full ATS implementation experience – this is the top priority
• Strong project management skills in HR technology implementations
• Experience integrating ATS with ERP systems (Infor experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus, but not required)
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
