Production Designer

We are looking for a skilled Production Designer to join our creative agency on a long-term contract basis. As part of our team, you will play a key role in implementing a major rebrand for a high-profile client, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across various assets. This position is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Apply new branding elements, such as logos, fonts, and colors, to existing materials including eBooks, one-pagers, presentations, and digital assets.

• Execute high-volume production tasks with precision and efficiency.

• Collaborate with creative and account teams to maintain consistency and uphold quality standards.

• Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to update and finalize design deliverables.

• Monitor and manage tasks and deadlines using project tracking tools like Asana.

• Ensure pixel-perfect design accuracy and adherence to the new visual identity.

• Contribute to the seamless rollout of a rebrand across multiple channels and formats.

• Maintain a strong focus on layout, typography, and overall brand alignment.

• Minimum of 3 years of production design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and execute tasks independently.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive and collaborative attitude, with an appreciation for teamwork and culture.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
• Bonus: Familiarity with rebrands, SaaS/tech clients, or business services industries.
