We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, and direct mail. This role requires strong project management skills to coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans to execute marketing strategies, including creative briefs, cost estimates, and production schedules.
- Manage all aspects of campaign execution, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and vendors.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, reviewing and approving creative and technical elements.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital media, UX, and internal creative teams.
- Ensure projects stay on track by managing workflows in Jira and Workfront, identifying risks, and providing solutions.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership regarding project status and key milestones.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or campaign execution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Workfront.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
