Role Summary
This role will be responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights to help optimize customer onboarding, application processing, and servicing efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong data acumen, an understanding of lending operations, and a passion for driving process improvements through data. Please note this role is a contract to hire position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed pricing analysis across direct mail, digital, and partner channels to evaluate customer response, profitability, and conversion trends.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools to track performance of pricing and offers in marketing campaigns.
- Support test-and-learn pricing strategies by designing experiments, analyzing results, and surfacing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, data science, and finance teams to align pricing decisions with customer value and business goals.
- Develop and automate workflows that enhance offer targeting, pricing accuracy, and operational efficiency using SQL, Python, or R.
- Maintain documentation and controls for pricing logic, segmentation rules, and automation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, pricing analytics, or performance reporting within a financial services or digital marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data extraction and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Manage and analyze Marketing P&L to ensure alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.
- Understanding of pricing strategy, A/B testing methodologies, and ROI measurement.
- Exposure to cloud data environments (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, etc.).
