Marketing Operations Manager (Marketo)

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Marketing Operations to lead the administration and optimization of Marketo and other integrated marketing technologies. This role will oversee key operational functions such as data operations, lead lifecycle management, and global system integrations. The Manager will also supervise product managers for third-party tools that connect with Marketo and collaborate closely with the Salesforce Administration Team to ensure synchronized and scalable marketing operations across all regions.

Responsibilities
- Marketo Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Marketo, managing all operational aspects including system design, campaign automation, data integrity, process definition, and platform enablement.
- Data Operations Management: Oversee data governance, enrichment, standardization, and accuracy across all marketing systems.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Lead global lead lifecycle operations, ensuring alignment with sales teams and timely MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) delivery.
- Third-Party Integrations: Manage product managers responsible for tools integrated with Marketo (e.g., Cvent, Bynder), ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Salesforce Collaboration: Partner with the Salesforce Admin Team to maintain syncs and optimize data consistency between systems.
- Global Team Enablement: Support international Marketing and Revenue Enablement teams by ensuring access to consistent tools, data, and processes.
- System Scalability: Collaborate with Campaign Operations leadership to implement scalable and reusable systems that support growth and efficiency across global markets.
Required:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience administering Marketo in a complex, high-volume environment
- Deep understanding of operational best practices in Marketo (e.g., Velocity Scripting, Executable Campaigns, Traffic Cops, Data Governance)
- Experience managing multi-platform martech stacks and third-party tool integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and integration workflows
- Strong background in marketing operations with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
