We are partnering with a high-growth, global tech organization to identify a Marketing Operations Lead who will drive the strategy, execution, and scalability of core marketing systems. This is a critical role focused on marketing automation, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration—particularly between marketing and Salesforce teams.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned marketing operations professional with deep expertise in Marketo, a strong understanding of integrated tech stacks, and a passion for building efficient, scalable systems to support a global marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator of Marketo, overseeing platform health, automation workflows, campaign execution support, and technical troubleshooting.
- Data Governance: Lead efforts around marketing data enrichment, normalization, and compliance to ensure high-quality, actionable insights across systems.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Manage the global lead lifecycle strategy and execution—from initial capture through MQL delivery—ensuring seamless alignment with sales teams.
- Third-Party Tools Oversight: Provide oversight for tools integrated with Marketo (e.g., Cvent, Bynder), collaborating with product managers to ensure stability and performance.
- CRM Collaboration: Partner closely with the Salesforce administration team to align on data structure, syncing processes, and shared systems architecture.
- Enablement Support: Provide ongoing technical support to regional marketing and enablement teams, ensuring consistency and accessibility across platforms.
- Global System Scalability: Work alongside campaign operations leadership to build scalable, repeatable systems that serve diverse global marketing needs.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Marketo (Marketo certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of advanced marketing operations practices, including scripting (Velocity), data processing flows, and automation governance.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex martech stacks and multiple system integrations.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and its marketing-related dependencies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and support stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply findings to process improvement.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly in cross-functional, global environments.
