Job Title: Marketing Compliance Reviewer (Contract – Remote)

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Reviewer for a fully remote, contract-based position with a growing FinTech company. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing marketing materials to ensure alignment with UDAAP (Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices) regulations and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing and customer-facing content for regulatory compliance (primarily UDAAP-focused).

• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and product teams to flag and resolve compliance concerns early in the review process.

• Provide clear, documented feedback and guidance on required changes to ensure compliance.

• Track review progress and approvals using tools such as Jira and Figma.

• Stay updated on UDAAP guidelines and other relevant consumer protection regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within a financial services or FinTech environment.

• Strong understanding of UDAAP regulations and how they apply to consumer-facing communications.

• Experience using Figma to review design and content.

• Experience managing workflow and feedback in Jira.

• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with additional regulatory frameworks (e.g., CFPB, Truth in Lending).

• Prior experience working with digital product teams.
