This position plays a key role in the successful execution of payer-facing implementation projects and marketing collateral accuracy. Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote (CST hours)
Contract Term: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $30-34/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage intake of benefit configuration collateral using Airtable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper collateral setup and formatting per client specifications (SPECs).
- Coordinate with printers, secure document IDs, and version templates for various client deliverables.
- Maintain and update collateral data in tracking systems and repositories.
- Audit, review, and implement edits on print and digital marketing materials to ensure content accuracy.
- Join daily stand-ups and provide regular updates on project status and deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven project management and coordination skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong ability to review, edit, and audit marketing collateral with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
- Experience working with Airtable and other similar project tracking tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex healthcare-related information and specifications.
- Experience in both print and digital marketing deliverables.
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Healthcare or payer experience is strongly preferred.
