Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support our email marketing and automation efforts. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy email marketer who can help manage campaigns, optimize deliverability, and support both B2B agent acquisition and B2C cross-selling efforts.

This is a part-time freelance role (10–20 hours/week), with a preference for candidates based in Eastern Time (EST). The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple email marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Automation:

• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns for both B2B agent acquisition and B2C customer engagement.
• Develop and execute drip campaigns for dormant leads.
• Support outbound sales teams with segmented email lists and targeted campaigns.
• Monitor email deliverability and domain health using postmaster tools.
• Work within drag-and-drop email builders to build effective templates and workflows.

Technical & Platform Expertise:

• Utilize Salesforce, Pardot, Dynamics, and SalesLoft to manage and track email performance.
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues, clean email lists, and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Build and optimize automated email journeys for lead nurturing and conversion.
• Assist in tracking sales metrics and email engagement performance.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align email efforts with business goals.
• Take direction from specialists but be proactive in execution.
• Adapt quickly to different email marketing platforms and automation tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1+ years of hands-on email marketing and automation experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, Dynamics, and SalesLoft preferred.

Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 40/hr to 42/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
