We are supporting a diversified financial services organization undergoing a large-scale HubSpot CRM centralization across insurance, mortgage, IT, and title business units. This is a high-visibility digital transformation project with long-term growth potential.

Position: HubSpot Administrator

Location: Remote (EST preferred, open to other US locations)

Duration: 6 to 12 month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HubSpot change requests, reporting updates, and help desk escalations
• Support ongoing sales process mapping and pipeline builds
• Assist with HubSpot instance merges and CRM centralization across multiple companies
• Maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and efficient CRM operations

MUST have HubSpot Sales Hub CRM Expertise

Looking for heavy experience configuring pipelines, deal stages, lead routing, sales workflows, sales process mapping, automation tied to the sales cycle, and user management.

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on HubSpot Admin experience across Sales Hub and CRM configuration
• Proficiency with HubL coding language
• Experience with CRM sales process mapping
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

• HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
• Large-scale HubSpot migrations or multi-instance consolidation
• Background in insurance, financial services, or diversified holding companies
