As a IT Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success, overseeing strategic software initiatives from kickoff through delivery while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate within the product and engineering teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead multiple concurrent software implementation and enhancement projects.
• Drive project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and scope management.
• Partner closely with customers, product teams, developers, and leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate executive-level status meetings, planning sessions, and strategic discussions.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly communication.
• Help customers maximize value from the platform and services.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Delivery experience.
• Proven experience working directly with external clients in a SaaS or software environment.
• Strong scope, stakeholder, and risk management skills.
• Experience leading complex software implementations or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Highly Desired

• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and challenging assumptions when necessary.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience navigating enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
