Job Title: Freelance HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: Initial 3 month contract with potential for ongoing ad hoc work

Hours: Flexible schedule, full time or part time based on availability

Compensation: $40/hour

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Freelance HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist to support a high volume email marketing initiative. This role will focus on creating, designing, building, and executing approximately 27 email campaigns over a 3 month period, with potential for additional projects beyond the initial engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in HubSpot workflow automation and email deployment, with the ability to manage campaigns from concept through launch. This is an excellent opportunity for a self directed professional who thrives in a fast paced remote environment and can respond quickly to edits and updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, design, and execute email campaigns within HubSpot

• Create and manage automated workflows including abandoned cart, follow up, announcement, and lead nurture campaigns

• Develop email content and provide light copywriting based on direction from the Marketing Manager

• Edit and optimize images for email use

• Launch campaigns and ensure accurate execution end to end

• Monitor deadlines and manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously

• Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager on revisions and campaign strategy

• Respond to requested edits and updates within 24 hours

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands on experience with HubSpot, including workflow setup and campaign execution

• Experience launching live email campaigns from start to finish

• Strong design skills with Adobe Photoshop required

• Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing and design work

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Premiere or Canva

• Background in CPG, ecommerce, or B2B industrial industries

• Experience with triggered campaigns and customer lifecycle marketing
