Growth Marketing Manager (MMM focus)

About the Role
The primary focus of this role is to interpret Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) outputs and deliver actionable insights that optimize media strategy and performance. This is a highly visible, client-facing individual contributor role that bridges analytics and marketing strategy, supporting portfolio-wide initiatives across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret MMM and incrementality measurement outputs to deliver actionable media recommendations.
- Provide Level 3 insights: identify key results, dig deeper into performance drivers, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams and agency partners (e.g., Publicis, WPP, IPG) to present insights and influence media strategies.
- Deliver insights that support both brand-specific needs and portfolio-wide strategies across channels and campaigns.
- Independently manage analysis and insight delivery as an individual contributor (no direct reports).
- Present findings and recommendations in client meetings with clarity and confidence.
- Support media strategy by leveraging knowledge of CPG, D2C, or pharma/media analytics.
- Ensure insights are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in marketing analytics, particularly with MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and incrementality measurement.
- Background in media strategy, CPG, D2C, or related industries.
- Skilled at interpreting data outputs and transforming them into clear, actionable recommendations (not a data science role).
- Comfortable working with BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Domo) to access and interpret data (no dashboard building required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to clearly deliver insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute as a hands-on individual contributor.
Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 60/hr to 70/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
