Graphic Designer

Salary: $27.71 to $32.09 hourly

Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Austin, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a Digital Experience team by creating and optimizing digital content for retail product pages across major eCommerce platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work independently while adhering to established brand guidelines and templates.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product imagery for eCommerce pages using pre-defined templates and brand standards.
• Resize and optimize digital assets to meet platform-specific requirements.
• Deliver web-ready files that adhere to specifications such as aspect ratios and below-the-fold formats.
• Source and organize assets from digital asset management systems as needed.
• Maintain consistent branding across all designs and ensure quality control.
• Develop banners, advertisements, and product visuals that align with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Adapt designs to meet specific layout and image specifications for digital platforms.
• Occasionally assist in building new digital workflows or templates to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on eCommerce or retail product pages.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and strategies.
• Familiarity with designing banner ads, brochures, and digital advertisements.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Knowledge of digital asset management systems and workflows.
• Experience with Amazon Retail and other eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to optimize images and layouts for various digital environments.
