Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Director of Marketing with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), performance marketing and website marketing to join our dynamic team!
This role will oversee and drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts, focusing on increasing traffic, conversions, and overall online website performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Martech and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends while being a strong people leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that optimize website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to implement effective marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on CRO, website marketing, and analytics.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor and report on website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
- Implement and oversee marketing technologies (Martech stack), ensuring that all tools and platforms are aligned with company goals and enhance the overall marketing strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, user segmentation, and personalization to optimize online experiences and increase conversions.
- Analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Manage paid digital marketing channels, including SEM, display ads, and social media, ensuring they are optimized to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the financial services industry, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative in its marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership or director-level role in a website marketing role
- Skills & Expertise: 8+ year's in digital marketing roles with SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing and Lead Generation specialties
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), web analytics, and driving website performance improvements.
- Expertise in web marketing analytics and digital traffic generation strategies (SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid media).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to drive business growth.
- In-depth understanding of website performance metrics, customer journey mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and create actionable strategies to improve performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategies to executive teams clearly.
