About the Role:
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead and own our clients B2B corporate branding and marketing strategy. This role focuses on driving corporate brand awareness to attract interest in clients offerings. As part of a small marketing team, you’ll work collaboratively to oversee tradeshows, social media, event marketing, and marketing resource management. We are looking for someone creative, strategic, and analytical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the corporate brand and all related marketing initiatives.
- Lead tradeshow and event marketing planning/support.
- Oversee social media strategy with a focus on B2B platforms.
- Collaborate with digital marketing resources to manage tools like websites.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data.
- Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to develop and oversee creative assets.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing; B2B marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and resource management (e.g., website ticket submissions).
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, tradeshow coordination, and event marketing.
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously in a small team setting.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare marketing or working at a smaller, lean organization.
