3D Visual Designer

We are looking for a skilled 3D Visual Designer to create premium photorealistic product imagery that supports digital experiences, marketing initiatives, and brand storytelling. This contract opportunity is based in Houston, Texas, and is ideal for someone who can guide projects from concept through final delivery with a strong eye for detail and visual consistency. The role works closely with creative and marketing partners to turn ideas into compelling assets while helping shape scalable production standards.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D product visuals and standout hero imagery for websites, online campaigns, and branded marketing materials.
• Lead the end-to-end asset creation process, including modeling, surfacing, lighting, rendering, and final compositing.
• Partner with brand and marketing teams to interpret project goals and deliver visuals that align with creative direction.
• Build and preserve a cohesive look across an expanding collection of product render assets.
• Improve internal 3D production methods by helping define efficient workflows, file organization practices, and asset guidelines.
• Prepare final image files for delivery using industry-standard design and post-production tools.
• Manage multiple assignments at once while maintaining quality, timelines, and clear communication in a remote work setting.
• 5+ years of experience in 3D design, visualization, or rendering, supported by a portfolio showcasing photorealistic product work.
• Advanced expertise with at least one industry-standard render engine such as V-Ray, Octane, Arnold, or Redshift.
• Strong background in hard surface modeling, along with solid texturing and shading capabilities.
• Experience producing commercial-grade still imagery for product marketing, advertising, or brand-focused campaigns.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator, for compositing and final asset preparation.
• Ability to balance several projects independently while meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated skills in 3D modeling, 3D rendering, 3D illustration, 3D visualization, graphic design, and related visual design disciplines.
