About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in user-centered design principles and modern design tools like Figma, focusing on end-to-end design, system development, and improving user experience for our product suite. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align user needs with business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve the user experience.
• Present and communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights with the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience designing dashboards, complex workflows, or SaaS platforms is a bonus.
• Background in both agency and in-house product design is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
