The Role
We are seeking a Co-Founder with strong Marketing and Account Management expertise to join our early team and help drive Rivju’s growth. This is an equity role (15%) for the right person who is passionate about building a disruptive platform and scaling it from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Lead marketing strategy across Web2 & Web3 channels, with a strong focus on Twitter (X) growth.
- Build brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and engage communities around trust and transparency.
- Create and manage campaigns that attract businesses and incentivize users.
- Develop and manage business accounts, ensuring onboarding success, retention, and growth of long-term partnerships.
- Shape Rivju’s voice and positioning to stand out against established players like Trustpilot.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on product growth, partnerships, and long-term strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing, account management, community growth, and social media strategy.
- Hands-on success with Twitter/X marketing—viral campaigns, threads, growth tactics.
- Knowledge of both Web2 marketing (SEO, paid ads, brand growth) and Web3 marketing (tokens, communities, incentives).
- Strong relationship-building skills to support business clients and partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- A builder mentality—you want to grow something disruptive from the ground up.
