Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead QA Analyst to oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You will lead a team of QA professionals, implement best testing practices, and collaborate with development teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain testing strategies.
• Create and execute manual & automated test cases.
• Work closely with developers to identify, document, and track bugs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
