Job Description :

Looking for an individual contributor with minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Mulesoft.

Must-Have Technical Skills –

• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Mule ESB, DataWeave, and Middleware
• Experience with MuleSoft Administration and Monitoring
• Strong understanding of RDBMS
• Solid knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Proven experience in designing Mule interfaces
• Proficiency in Web Service standards such as XML, SOAP, REST

Design & Development –

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing complex integration use cases using MuleSoft
• Strong design thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Process Knowledge & Best Practices –

• Strong inclination towards promoting MuleSoft best practices
• Experience in guardrail adherence and API-led connectivity / API delivery model

Domain Understanding –

• Experience in direct stakeholder engagement
• Ability to understand business requirements and address functional and technical challenges effectively

Leadership & Collaboration –

• Ability to mentor junior team members on technical and functional topics
• Experience in managing cross-team coordination and communication

Communication Skills –

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred –

• Mulesoft certified
• Experience in banking domain
• Availability for early joining
