Ritzy Yachts is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our remote team on a temporary contract to cover a 4-month maternity leave—with the potential for an open-ended role based on performance and team structure.
In this pivotal position, you will support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives across all our business units. From content creation and campaign management to handling marketing operations and special projects, this role requires a creative yet structured thinker who thrives in a dynamic and upscale international environment.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, highly organized, and confident managing a range of ad-hoc assignments with minimal oversight.

Location: This is a full-time home office position.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or brand support role.
- Background in digital marketing, content strategy, or luxury/lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and content development skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail).
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere is required.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms, newsletter tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and web CMS preferred.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging visual and written content for our owned channels, including articles, static images, and video assets.
- Project Management: Lead and support ad-hoc marketing projects from planning to delivery.
- Operational Support: Manage administrative and reporting tasks related to marketing operations (e.g. campaign deliverable links, email tracking, asset libraries).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints.
