Head of Marketing/CMO (iGaming)

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Marketing/CMO. As the leader of marketing department, you will be responsible to:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives within the SEA region
• Oversee brand management and positioning to maintain consistency across all channels
• Direct digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing decisions
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals
• Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and technologies, adapting strategies accordingly
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications

• Experience in iGaming
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the Southeast Asian market
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and technologies
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Thai or Bahasa Indonesia
