The Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Operations – New Partner is responsible for leading marketing launches for new university partners and optimizing launch processes the new partners and programs.

The role will develop the go-to-market plans with channel leads to ensure alignment with business development (BD) goals and cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and successful launches. The Senior Director will serve as the marketing lead in partner-facing meetings and presentations and onboard new partners to Risepoint’s marketing processes and capabilities. The role will collaborate with the Creative team to develop the brand strategy and manage the development of value propositions and marketing assets.

The position will support the VP, Integrated Marketing Operations with process standardization for new partner and program marketing launches to ensure consistency and excellence for Integrated Marketing. Additionally, this role will support the VP with marketing compliance-related projects and other ad-hoc projects.

This role requires a high level of collaboration to work within a highly matrixed organization to deliver results across teams in Business Development, Partner Management/Support, Channels, Creative, Email, Project Management, Enrollment & Retention, Analytics, Business Technology, Academic Services and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in integrated marketing and experience leading marketing launches for new partners. This role requires strong skills in client service, digital marketing fluency, organizational savviness, communication, and change management.

This role manages a small team and reports to the VP, Integrated Marketing Operations.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

New Partner Launches:

  • Lead marketing launches for new partners in collaboration with the assigned Integrated Marketing team and Marketing Project Management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Project Management on launch project plans to mitigate risk and deliver successful, on-time launches.
  • Develop go-to-market plans with channel leads to ensure alignment with business development goals for budget and new enrollments.
  • Lead the brand and program discovery process with new partners to ensure quality inputs for marketing asset development.
  • Collaborate with Brand Strategy team to develop new partner brand strategy artifacts and assets. Lead development of program value propositions.
  • Review and approve marketing assets to ensure alignment to partners’ brand standards and Risepoints’ best practices.
  • Onboard new partners to Risepoint’s marketing processes and capabilities.
  • Lead marketing launch status meetings with new partners.
  • Coordinate set-up of new partner reporting internally and externally.
  • Support the VP, Integrated Marketing with management of performance for new partners.
  • Lead the marketing knowledge transfer process to ensure critical partner and marketing information is shared with the core team after the partner has launched marketing.

New Partner And Program Launch Processes

  • Support VP, Integrated Marketing Operations with process standardization for new partner and program marketing launches to ensure consistency and excellence for Integrated Marketing including the following activities:
  • Develop standard operating procedures, templates, tools and reports
  • Conduct team trainings and retrospectives
  • Provide support on workflow and tech-enabled improvements to boost team efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Business Development, Partner Management/Support, Channels, Creative, Email, Project Management, Enrollment & Retention, Analytics, Business Technology, Academic Services and Finance on launch process improvements.

Special Projects & Initiatives

  • Support the VP, Integrated Marketing Operations with marketing-related compliance audits and projects.
  • As needed, support the VP, Integrated Marketing Operations to provide leadership on ad hoc processes and solutions for special projects and initiatives that originate within and outside of Integrated Marketing.

Talent Development

  • Coach and develop direct report(s) to strengthen bench, develop expertise, and achieve goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Master's degree (MBA) strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, portfolio management, or integrated marketing; agency or account management experience highly desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience leading marketing launches for new university partners.
  • Prior experience in higher education marketing, enrollment, or other mission-driven sectors highly desirable.
  • Strong digital marketing fluency; excellent communication skills and ability to influence across levels, including external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities (advanced level business acumen).
  • Experienced people-leader and proven success in driving results in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or marketing analytics platforms a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in U.S.
  • Fully remote, some travel may be required.
