Risepoint assists primarily regional universities in increasing their access and impact by making their academic programs available to students online. Founded in 2007, Risepoint's mission is to expand access to high-quality, affordable, and workforce-relevant education, especially for working and adult students. Risepoint brings single-minded dedication to student success, an integrated set of services, and data-driven performance to our collaboration with university partners.

The Senior Director, Integrated Marketing is a senior leader accountable for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and driving full-funnel performance across a portfolio of university partners — with an emphasis on the most complex, strategic, or high-growth relationships.

The Senior Director role requires strong executive presence as this position owns interactions with senior university stakeholders. The position collaborates closely with Partner Management, Research, Academic Services, Enrollment/Retention and marketing execution teams to ensure strategies are insight-led, partner-aligned, and operationally sound. In addition to portfolio accountability, the Senior Director influences segment-level strategies and cross-pod initiatives, ensuring that Integrated Marketing drives both partner outcomes and enterprise impact.

This leader manages a team of Integrated Marketing Managers to deliver excellence in execution, campaign performance, and partner engagement. Also, the role coaches and mentors other Integrated Marketing team members.

Reporting to a Vice President of Integrated Marketing, role success is measured not only through funnel KPIs (leads, applications, enrollments, revenue, LTV/CAC), but also through the Senior Director’s ability to operate in ambiguity, influence segment-level growth strategies and diverse stakeholders, develop talent, and drive cross-functional innovation across Risepoint's marketing ecosystem.
