This is a project-based, part-time contract with agency clients, which has the opportunity to transition to an ongoing role as the in-house Media Advertising expert for a growing agency.
Who are you? A trusted Meta Advertising expert who can run campaigns, optimize creative, and pivot amidst the nuanced, ever-changing environment of the Meta advertising platform. A huge plus if you have entrepreneurial drive, as you will start with taking ownership of a key client’s account, but the role could expand for the right person.
We aren’t looking for the ‘playbook optimized’ social media manager; we’re looking for someone who has been through it - the good, bad, viral, and algorithm failures and knows how to pivot, test out-of-the-box creative concepts, and shake it off quickly if things don’t go well.
Your first client requires a focused, performance-driven social media expert to review their existing program and optimize it for efficient ROI. This is a well-known subscription and entertainment-based company that is authentic, honest, and open to creative ideas outside of the ‘brand book’ box.

Optimize: You will own campaign management, with an immediate opportunity to restructure campaigns, organize creative assets based on attribution windows, and improve core account elements. You’ll find that there are opportunities to optimize for the best-performing ads, reducing or removing lower-performing ones.
Start building: You’ll design new concepts (with input and production from the team) and improve upon existing creative elements. Do you have to be a designer? No, but you must know what works on Facebook and Instagram, and you have a keen eye for detail. You’ll focus on video, testimonials, and subscription-based messaging to test, optimize, and launch new ads.
Grow and scale: Once you’ve found your flow, we’ll work together to expand the budget and program to support reasonable and agreed-upon business goals. You’ll collaborate with in-house and client teams to implement new concepts and continue to test and learn.
This is a part-time contract role for a Paid Media Specialist primarily focused on in Facebook & Instagram Marketing to start - followed up TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Daily tasks include account management and optimization, analyzing campaign performance, launching new creative, developing a/b tests, and reporting on KPIs. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and communicating campaign strategies and results to clients.
