Director of Field Marketing

Location: Remote, Lehi UT

Our Client is on a mission to empower the world to be financially strong. Our marketing team plays a vital role in advancing this mission by generating awareness, building interest, and driving demand—ultimately resulting in successful customer experiences and revenue growth.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional and account-based marketing programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and enhance brand visibility. You will work closely with the Sales team and cross-functional partners to drive targeted, high-impact programs across key geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns and events including roadshows, roundtables, executive dinners, field advertising, and partner activations.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify key accounts and regions for campaign alignment and pipeline acceleration.
  • Develop strategies to target key personas within high-priority segments to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Create compelling, localized experiences that promote positive brand perception and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage and track campaign budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure ROI and efficiency.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of field programs, optimizing based on data and feedback.

Key Metrics for Success

  • Qualified Sales Pipeline: Contribution to marketing-sourced opportunities that meet criteria for budget, authority, need, timeline, and solution alignment.
  • Sales Accepted Leads (SALs): Leads generated through field activities that meet sales qualification criteria and are accepted by the sales team.
  • Positive Brand Association: Increased perception of MX as a preferred provider among target accounts.
  • CAC Efficiency: Return on marketing investment as measured by pipeline and sales growth relative to spend.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation roles (additional experience required for senior-level roles).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of partnering effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, and external vendors.
  • Experience managing budgets and using data to inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Asana, Splash, and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Knowledge of financial services or fintech industries.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or field advertising strategies.
  • Comfort with event technology platforms and lead capture processes.
