Role Overview

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will bring to life product strategies, executing market launches, developing enablement content and tools, and driving adoption. You'll act as a translator between product capabilities and market needs, ensuring our positioning, messaging, and packaging resonate with buyers. This is a hands-on role in a startup environment, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, cross-functional work, and building from zero.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and customer research along with Product to gather insights on product usage, value perception, and unmet needs.
  • Gather ongoing feedback from Sales and refine enablement tools to improve adoption and effectiveness.
  • Translate product roadmap into product / solution suite positioning and launch/communication plans.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging frameworks that communicate the value, details and offering. Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market communications that clearly articulate the value proposition of each F2P experience to different customer segments.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company growth goals, targeting specific personas in our market. Own B2B SaaS campaign strategy from top to bottom of the funnel across digital, content, events and ABM.
  • Plan, build and execute lead generation campaigns using channels like email, paid media, webinars, social media, and events. Optimize the marketing funnel to drive MQLs and SQLs that convert to pipeline and revenue.
  • Use marketing automation, CRM and analytic tools to execute and track campaigns. Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance analytics and market feedback.
  • In conjunction with subject matter experts, develop compelling content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts. Write, edit, and revise content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Product and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Support product with messaging frameworks and product launch materials. Support sales and channel partners with sales enablement materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry dynamics to inform positioning and messaging execution.
  • Operationalize packaging and pricing strategies developed by Product, ensuring they are clearly communicated and supported with marketing materials.
  • Work with Product to create rollout plans and internal communications to ensure alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, product sheets, battlecards, FAQs, objection handling scripts, and competitive comparisons.
  • Work with Product to design and lead delivery of internal training sessions to align Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships with key messaging, product capabilities, and market positioning.
  • Drive clarity and momentum in projects through strong communication, documentation, and initiative.
  • Build feedback loops from sales interactions and customer insights to continuously refine messaging and execution strategy.

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology.

  • Experienced in executing GTM and enablement strategies in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.

  • Proven experience in marketing and demand generation, with a focus on SaaS and B2B in tech startups or fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

  • Skilled at translating complex product features into compelling, value-driven narratives.

  • A proactive executor with a bias toward action and strong collaboration instincts.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and known for bringing clarity through structure and communication.

  • Strong sales enablement skills, equipping teams with compelling positioning, messaging, one-pagers, technical deep dives, and ROI narratives.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, content marketing, digital communications, campaign management, and channel growth

  • Proficient with direct and email marketing strategies and tactics, campaign ROI tracking, KPI setting, and analysis

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and organization

  • Strong understanding of RevOps, including lead scoring, attribution, funnel analytics, and cross-functional alignment

  • Proficient in design and digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and web platforms such as CMS, email marketing tools, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)

  • Self-starter who can work independently and lead collaborative efforts, including managing freelancers or external vendors

  • Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization and managing diverse stakeholder needs
