The Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience managing multi-channel campaigns for multiple accounts. This is a full-time position that requires someone who has recently worked in a digital marketing agency (within the last 12 months) and is capable of handling high-volume client work while also driving growth for our own agency and SaaS products.
The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketer with deep knowledge of SEM, Google Ads, and paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution—planning campaigns, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent ROI for diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Create, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
- Execute marketing strategies for Ringo Media’s own brand and SaaS products (Ringo PBX and Ringo HR) in addition to client accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes, emerging tools, and best practices to continually improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, design, dev) to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in an agency setting.
- Must currently work or have worked at a digital marketing agency within the past 12 months.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in SEM/Google Ads and paid social across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English + Arabic) a plus but not required.
Preferred Experience
- SaaS or B2B product marketing (especially in VoIP, HR tech, or software).
- Experience with U.S. and Middle East markets.
- Strong creative direction for ad messaging and visuals.
