Position Summary

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for developing API interfaces using standard protocols like REST, SOAP, XML and JSON. These interfaces will connect ServiceNow with other systems that are not commonly supported by ServiceNow. Scope also includes troubleshooting compatibility issues in legacy applications on modern operating systems, implementing software solutions for ERP compatibility, and contributing to advanced development initiatives including AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop API interfaces using industry standards between ServiceNow and other Applications.
• Troubleshoot compatibility issues in legacy applications on modern OS (Windows/Linux).
• Implement software solutions using C++, Rust, and .NET for ERP compatibility.
• Design and maintain system applications and libraries.
• Work with cloud services (Azure) and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate on AI model integration and frameworks (LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering roles.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting and system-level programming.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise application support.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise with ServiceNow Integration and supporting platform components.
• Strong knowledge of operating system internals and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with .NET, C++, Python, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot.
• Open-source involvement and technical blogging.
• Experience in developing AI agents within ServiceNow platform for workflow automation and intelligent ticket handling.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited institution

Language

• Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish as a plus.
