We are actively seeking a Jr. Onboarding Project Manager. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Client Onboarding, the Jr. Onboarding Project Manager (Jr. OPM) is responsible for managing the onboarding of clients across all Rimini Street product lines. Client engagement and responsibility continues until all onboarding project line items are completed and the client agrees they are satisfied.

The Jr. OPM is responsible for working with clients and many internal teams to develop, manage and drive the successful on-time completion of specific projects of a client onboarding project plan.

The Jr. OPM will provide support in project planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Providing project management in coordinating and monitoring project activities
Partners with other internal teams to execute client onboarding processes and tasks to assure successful, on-time completion of all deliverables
Provide support in in project planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication
Ensures onboarding tasks are performed in accordance with ISO processes
Monitor project progress identify risks and work with senior project resources in mitigating them
Drive and monitor progress for all client onboarding tasks, needed escalations, solutions and work with senior Onboarding resources to drive resolution to all challenges, issues
Manage client communications and escalations during the onboarding process
Provide detailed and timely status reporting to all management as requested
Assure excellent client satisfaction with entire onboarding process

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Sciences, Computer Sciences or related area or equivalent experience
Project management certifications, implementation and technical certifications is preferred

Location

Remote - U.S.

Experience & Skills

2 years experience in project management or a related field
Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana or equivalent
Proficiency in another language is a plus

The general salary range for this type of role is 74k - 95k depending on skills and experience.
